How Our Puppy Matching Process Works
We've been breeding since 2015, and over the years, we've carefully tweaked and refined our process for matching puppies to their future families. After plenty of experience and feedback, the system we use now works amazingly for both the puppies and those who love them.

One of the most common questions we get is: "Do we get to pick our puppy?”
The short answer is—not exactly.
While we don't allow families to choose their puppy outright, we absolutely involve you in the process. Our goal is always to ensure the best possible match between each puppy's temperament and your family's needs.
Here's how it works:
🐾 Weekly Updates
Once the puppies are born, we email our families weekly. Each week focuses on a different topic to help you learn more about the puppies, their development, and how to prepare for life with your new companion.

🐾 Week 3: Temperament Questionnaire
You'll receive a Google Form with a detailed questionnaire at three weeks old. This form covers your preferences, lifestyle, household dynamics, and what type of temperament you're hoping for in your future puppy. Once submitted, it comes straight to us and becomes a key part of your file.

🐾 Week 6–7: Choose Your Top Three
When the puppies are about 6 to 7 weeks old, you'll get another Google Form featuring individual photos of each puppy in the litter. This is your chance to select your "Top Three" favorites based on their looks and their gender.

🐾 The Matching Process
We consider your questionnaire answers and top three choices as we carefully match each puppy to the family we believe will be the best fit. We've had incredible success with this method—99% of the time, families are matched with one of their top three selections!
If there's ever a case where we don't think any of your top three choices are the right match based on temperament and your needs, I'll personally call you to discuss it and come up with a plan together.

🐾 A Note About Preferences
If you have a very specific look, gender, or coat type in mind—and aren't open to other possibilities—our matching program may not be the best fit. In those cases, we recommend working with a breeder who allows families to choose their puppy
