At Cedar Bend Labradoodles, breeding puppies isn’t just something we do—it’s part of our family’s everyday life. We live on a working farm in Iowa, surrounded by animals (goats, horses, chickens, cats, and geese), fresh air, and wide-open space. And right in the heart of it all? Our puppies.

Meeting our new foals

From the moment they’re born, every Cedar Bend puppy is raised in our home—cuddled by children, exposed to the sights and sounds of real family life, and loved like one of our own. That early love and socialization make all the difference in the kind of companion your puppy grows up to be.

🐾 A Family Affair

We believe the best dogs start with the best beginnings. Here on our farm, our kids play a big role in raising each litter. They’re constantly holding, snuggling, and playing with the puppies—helping them grow into confident, people-loving companions. Our puppies are used to being picked up, petted, and handled with gentle care, which helps them adjust easily to life in a new home.

Whether they’re getting carried around the yard in little arms or snoozing in someone’s lap during story time, our puppies are never far from love and attention.

🌾 Life on the Farm

Our farm gives our dogs and puppies a unique start in life. They’re exposed to a variety of experiences that many kennel-raised puppies never see. From chickens and goats to tractors and muddy boots, there’s always something new to explore. That early exposure helps your puppy become:
